Set your report letterhead

Set your studio identity once in SettingsLetterhead. Phased uses the current details when it opens or downloads a report.

Settings open on Letterhead: the studio name, Upload logo, the contact details and the address. Settings open on Letterhead: the studio name, Upload logo, the contact details and the address.
  1. Add a Studio name and, beside it, upload a Logo (PNG, JPEG, or WebP, up to 250 KB).

Either can be left out. Your name appears beside the logo when both are set.

  2. Fill in as much of Contact details as you want: Email, Phone, Website, VAT / tax ID, and Address. Leave a field empty to omit it.

Each report has two separate Appearance choices. Include your logo controls the logo in the masthead. Include contact details controls the contact band, including your current From details and the client's frozen Prepared for details on Phase and Project Reports. Change either choice when creating the report, or later through Edit.

Choose currency, number and date formats

Your workspace has one currency, set in SettingsRates & currencyDisplay currency. Phased never converts amounts: a report keeps the currency it was created with, even if you change the setting afterwards.

Number and date formats live in SettingsWeek & time:

  • Number format decides how money is grouped and separated across Phased, on screen and on a PDF alike.
  • Date format decides how dates read on a report, including its "Issued" date. The calendar keeps its own shorter labels regardless.

Number format also governs money input. With 1.111,11, typing 1.500 means one thousand five hundred. With 1,111.11, the same characters are refused rather than guessed at.

What can change on an older report

The report's business facts stay frozen. Its selected work, client details, hours, currency, rates, fees and amounts do not follow later edits.

The presentation uses current workspace settings when the report renders:

  • Studio name, logo and studio contact details.
  • Number format and date format.
  • Your current plan, which decides between Pro letterhead and the Free credit.
  • The report's own editable logo, contact band and detail switches.

If a report must keep an exact visual copy, download the PDF when you issue it and retain that file.
