Use one project and one budget when that is all the job needs. If the work grows, split the project into phases. All the hours you already logged move to the first phase, so no time is lost.
More on projects and phasesSet the rate you use most often as your Default rate. If a project or a phase uses a different rate, set that rate on the project or phase. Enter the agreed fee to see how many hours it allows at that rate, or enter the planned hours to see their value.
More on rates and budgetsChoose a date range. The cards at the top summarise the hours in that range. Filter by project or client to see the matching entries below. Save that selection as a Time Report for a client, or export every matching row as a CSV for your own records.
More on time reviewWhen the client asks for one more round, mark those entries Out of scope. Their hours no longer use the time planned for the agreed work. Then choose whether to price them and include them on the client report as Additional Work.

Phased is in public beta. We're collecting feedback from early users before paid plans start, so every account gets every Pro feature for free. There is no card and no checkout. We'll tell you at least 30 days before the beta ends. Nothing is deleted when it ends, and a full export stays free on every plan.

Nothing is deleted. You keep the Free plan, with up to 3 active projects, or choose Pro. We'll tell you at least 30 days before the beta ends. On that day, every account starts a 30-day Pro trial, with no card. If you do not choose Pro, the workspace moves to Free when the trial ends. If more than 3 projects are active then, you have seven days to choose the 3 that stay active. If you do not choose, the ones you worked on most recently stay active. The rest are archived with all their data. A full export stays free on every plan.
Start with one current project. Setup takes a few minutes, and your first week shows your real hourly rate.
The main database is hosted in the European Union. Every day we also make a private backup outside the main platform, for disaster recovery. Each backup is deleted after 30 days, as described in the privacy notice. The marketing site does not use advertising trackers.
