Account and notifications
Control the Monday summary email, change your email or password, and see how Google-only sign-in works. Settings also links the current legal documents.
Weekly summary
Settings › Notifications turns the weekly email on or off. It is sent only after a week in which you tracked time and summarises that week's hours, value and budget health.
Delivery is Monday at 08:00 in the workspace time zone shown in Settings. Change that zone under Week & time.
Change your email address
Open Sign-in & security and press Change email. Enter the new address and send the confirmation request.
- When your current email is verified, approve the request there first and then confirm the new address.
- When it is not verified, confirm the link sent to the new address.
- The account keeps its old address until the required confirmation is complete.
Password and Google sign-in
A password account can change its password in Sign-in & security. Enter the current password, choose a new one of at least eight characters, and save. Other signed-in devices are signed out.
A Google-only account has no password to change. To add one, use Forgot password on the sign-in page. The emailed link sets a password for the same account.
Terms, privacy and withdrawal
The Legal section links to the current Terms of service, Privacy notice, and the form for withdrawing from a subscription. Each opens in a new tab so Settings stays open.
