Choose how weeks, times, numbers and dates appear. Set the workspace time zone for reports and email, and keep a separate light or dark theme on each browser.

Set up the week

Open Settings › Week & time to choose the first day of the week and whether the calendar normally shows five or seven days.

  • Week starts on changes the calendar and the week ranges offered on Time.
  • Week shows hides or shows weekends. A weekend day with tracked time always remains visible.

Time format and time zone

Time format chooses 12-hour or 24-hour clocks for viewing and entering times. Time zone controls dates on Phase and Project Reports and the delivery time of the weekly summary.

Numbers, dates and theme

The number and date selects show a live example. Number format changes how money is displayed and how typed amounts are read. Date format changes report dates. The calendar keeps its shorter labels.

These formats are applied when a report is rendered, so changing them also changes the presentation of reports you created earlier. Their saved currency, hours and amounts do not change.

Appearance switches between light and dark mode. Theme is stored in this browser, so another device can use a different choice.
