Right of withdrawal

Withdraw from a subscription.

Use this form to exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal, or to request the first-period refund described in section 7 of the terms. No sign-in is required, and you can email us instead if you prefer.

A receipt or subscription reference, or the purchase date and the email you checked out with. Never your card details.

Withdrawing is not the same as cancelling

  • To stop the next renewal, use the billing portal in Settings. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and no reason is needed. That is what most people want.
  • To withdraw, use this form. It undoes the contract within the first 14 days and asks for the money back, rather than ending it at the next renewal.
  • Your notice counts from the moment you send it, not from when we reply. We confirm receipt by email with the submission time.
  • We use these details to handle the notice and to keep evidence that we received it. The privacy notice covers what happens to them.
