Compare

Compare Phased with the tool you are considering.

Phased is for one person who agrees a project price up front: split that price across phases, record the hours, and watch what each phase is actually earning while you can still act on it. These are the four tools covered in the comparisons below. Each comparison states what the other product is built for, quotes its price from the vendor's own pricing page, and says plainly when it is the better choice.

Where Phased fits

One person, one agreed price, one connected record

Project → Phase → Task keeps the fee, the time, and the scope together. Time goes in through Grid, List, or the live timer, each phase shows how much of its budget it has used and its current effective hourly rate, and work outside the agreement is marked Out of scope so it stops consuming the original budget. Phase, Project, and Time Reports freeze that record for the client.

€7 a month, or €66 a year. Every account starts with a 30-day trial of the paid features and no card is required.
